As soon as it's safe. Most policies ask you to report within 24–48 hours, and reporting early helps us process everything faster. A quick WhatsApp message is enough to get started.
Straightforward claims are often approved within a few working days of the survey. More complex claims (theft, total loss) take a little longer due to the required reports, but we keep you updated at every stage.
Not always. Minor damage usually doesn't need one, but theft and major accidents involving third parties typically do. We'll tell you exactly what's needed when you report.
Yes. Keep all medical reports, bills and receipts. Many travel claims are reimbursed after you return home, though for large hospital costs during your trip we can often arrange cashless treatment — contact us straight away.
